Are your children still up long after you would like them to be? Do they have all kinds of fears and worries that make it hard for them to fall asleep?

On this 4th episode of the Parenting Not What You Thought podcast, our guest Yaakov Kibel LCSW gives us practical tools with which we can help our children sleep cozy and comfy!

After receiving Semicha from Beth Medrash Govoha, Yaakov went on to earn a Master’s in Social Work from Long Island University with a concentration in Child and Family Welfare.   His training includes Child Centered Play Therapy, CBT, and EMDR.  Yaakov has trained and worked at the Lakewood Community Services Corporation (LCSC), a local clinic, and has recently joined Empower Health Center.   Yaakov works with young boys, adolescents, and their parents to address a wide-range of concerns.  Yaakov integrates therapeutic practices in an engaging environment to help boys and their parents work through issues such as anxiety, anger management, social difficulties, and family problems.
